It is a daunting task for church planting teams to quickly learn how to do business in an environment where it’s most challenging. In the 10/40 window, corruption, political and social unrest, and unstable economies are the daily realities for those who engage in business. What we’ve found is that by recruiting people who have experience to come alongside them—whether it’s experience relating to international governments or simply being an entrepreneur for a number of years—the church planting teams become stronger and are able to take on this work.

Become a Business Director
Access Partners recruits skilled businessmen and women and positions them with church planting teams for a minimum of three years in the 10/40 window to form a team of experts both in business and ministry.
Become a Pro Bono Consultant
When you become a pro bono consultant, you will join a team that works to develop, recommend, and help implement strategies for building businesses that enable church planting least reached by the gospel.
